Chief Designer & Partner - Heather Rosales

Heather Rosales heads design and development for Bbeauty Designs leading all aspects of the companies goals and directives.  All outside and inside designs are submitted for her approval as the "eyes" of the company in quality inspection and approach for each client.  She handles all the company operations and financial aspects and is the front face for the fashion house as it's key designer and image manager. Heather is both a fashion and costume designer.

Creative Director & Partner - Julie Tanner Anshutz

Head of Custom Design department, Julie brings over 40 years of sewing in historical costuming, dress making, pattern making, embroidery, silk painting, stain glass design, millinery, and general costuming.  Julie leads Bbeauty Designs staff of seamstresses and staff fashion designers incorporating Bbeauty Designs goal of quality, originality, and flexability in custom made garments.

Chief Electrical Designer Lightworks - Mauro Rosales

Mauro Rosales heads design and development for Dream Costume Designs Lightworks division.  Spawning designs in electrical circuitry and involvement in costumes, Mauro puts life into lights.  Fabricating the finest in lighted costumes, Mauro leads a staff of creative electrical minds into costuming.  Mauro also takes an active part in designing men's costumes and event and promotional planning and logistics.
