This is a romantic version of the Pink Dinner Dress Ariel wears in her movie. It is made from a dusty rose taffeta paired with ivory.

The skirt is a two layer skirt combined on a waistband that has ivory chiffon on the top layer and ivory taffeta for the underlayer. Adjustable hook and bar closure at the waist. Skirts have been individually hemmed for a very romantic soft look.

The top part of Ariel's dress is an off the shoulder piped bodice (piping is doubly thick than normal piping and done by hand in matching ivory taffeta) with a pink overdrape. The overdrape is pleated towards the front much like it is in the movie and sewn in flat around the waist. The bodice and overdrape are connected so that there is no stomach showing when lifting your arms. The neckline is gracefully shaped to show a peek of shoulder with a fully piped edge. The sleeves are truly beautiful with marquee shapes around the outside that is lovingly gathered into the bottom sleeve which points towards the middle of the hand. The sleeves are two part sleeves and stuffed so they maintain their puffiness and shape through all wears without having to "fluff them up". Princess seaming down the front sides and back of the bodice. The neckline also forms a romantic curve to make the neckline look graceful and to not make your body look too broad with just a standard boat neck (like the movie has). It's also a bit of our artistry and creative freedom to make it our own version.
