This is a beautiful rendition of the Mary Poppins outfit Julie Andrews wore in the Jolly Holiday segment of the movie.

The dress has a custom made petticoat to make the skirt full.  The dress itself is made to hit about ankle level.  The top layers are white chiffon with lace appliques throughout.  Lace and ribbon edge the sleeves and neck and edging in places throughout the dress.
