Brand new to our collection is an inspired Megara Costume.

We love Meg!

This is a one piece dress rendition of Megara's character based on the park version.  Fully lined in a purple taffeta for a beautiful rustling and elegant look with an over fabric of purple textured chiffon in matching purple.  The dress has built in dark purple accents in a satin crepe banding under the bust, hand-made matching piping in crepe satin, built in off the hip sash with two tails hanging down..  The body of the dress has a full circle of two layers draped beautifully for a full and elegant spin and roll edged hems.  No detail has been spared including Meg's hand painted and hand sculpted medallions that decorate her hip sash and over the shoulders at each arm.

This dress has built in structure.  The bodice piece is not only lined but twilled to give a good weight to the dress.  At each placement of the medallions the chiffon is reinforced and backed in weighted twill to add structure to those areas and keep the medallions from tearing or pulling down the fabric.  The hip piece has been reinforced with material to keep it standing up and away from the body.  

The beautiful rustle of the skirt swishes and sways very elegantly and it's bias cut skirt drapes at different lengths for a heavenly grecian goddess look.

Also we can do variations of the costume in different budgets if you don't want it as detailed or you want more detail.  This costume is made to order and requires a 8-10 week lead time.
